As one walks along the Barf Wali Gali, there comes a tiny platform shop named Padam Chaat Corner. With nothing more than a handful of steel containers, cane baskets and disposable paper bowls, a man here attracts hundreds of people craving for lip-smacking street food.
The crowning jewel of this place is his Dahi Bhalle (deep-fried ground lentil balls served with curd). Loaded with spicy masalas and tangy chutneys, it is a sumptuous delight for the palette. Besides this, one can also try his other delicacies like Kachori Chaat, Bhalla Papdi, Kalmi Vada Chaat and Golgappa.
