Run by the third generation of the family, it is one of the few places in Delhi that has kept the heritage of 'Khurchan' alive. An Indian dessert that literally means 'scraped leftovers', Khurchan features a crisp exterior and is soaked in a rich syrup that oozes out on every bite.
